- Deep mortising and grooving giving good chip clearance.
- For lock mortising, two width cuts will be needed to achieve the standard 19mm mortise.
- The lock mortiser will plunge and clear chips to a depth of 70mm in a number of passes.
- Tool has extra long shanks.
- Adjust the cutter in the collet to achieve maximum plunge depth.
- Take several passes to avoid cutter breakage and motor overload.
