Biscuit jointer set

For biscuit jointing of timber, man-made fibre & particle board with the router.
The set includes three sizes of bearing which set the correct depth of cut for the three sizes available.
A slightly longer cut than the length of the biscuit is required to allow some lateral play for easy alignment during assembley.
A water based glue (PVA) is used with the biscuits which will expand as the moisture is absorbed.
Boards are simply clamped together until glue is cured. For larger boards, biscuits can be doubled up by making two passes.

Aquamac 21

The cutter is designed for use with the Aquamac seal in a wiping mode and comes complete with a guide bearing to reduce setting-up time and simplify machining operations.

Aquamac 63 Cutter

Trend Aquamac 63 Recessing sets Ref.330 and 331 are designed to accomodate the popular Schlegel Aquamac 63 weather strip system and allows for a particuraly small gap between the sash and frame.
The slot can be positioned part way down the side of the rebate, or at the bottom of the rebate.
- Ref. 330 has no guide bearing. (must be used with a side fence)
- Ref. 331 comes complete with a guide-bearing to reduce setting-up time.
