Wood Adhesives

A two part instant adhesive system comprising a cyanoacrylate adhesive (50gm) and aerosol activator (200ml).

Mainly used in the furniture, timber, kitchen and plastics industries where its instant bonding properties dramatically reduce assembly times for mitre joints when compared to conventional wood adhesives. Also suitable for bonding of MDF, rubber, PVCu, metals etc.

• Gap filling – high viscosity adhesive will fill small gaps in mitres etc (up to 0.2mm)

This massively strong polyurethane glue is economical to use, and has a fast initial grab in 5 to 10 minutes and a firm bond in 4 hours. Full cure will require 24 hours.

After setting, the bond is very stable resisting 'creep' , immersion in salt water and the elements.

Fast Grab will also bond with cement, metal and many combinations of materials.

• Initial grab strength in 5 to 10 minutes, remove clamps in 20 to 30 minutes.
• Structural strength in 24hrs.
• Can be immersed fully in seawater.
• Use on damp wood, hardwoods & concrete etc.
• Expands slightly to increase bite strength.
• Super economy a little goes a long way.

Lumberjack 5 Minute Polyurethane Wood Adhesive Gel is a thixotropic, transparent, gap filling gel which sets hard in just 5 minutes.

Particularly suitable for equipment manufacture and production line applications where rapid handling is required.

Conforms to EN 204. D4 Strength.
